Policies and Procedures
HAIR IS INCLUDED IN ALL BRAID SERVICES. Boho hair is included as well, if you are wanting more than 1 bundle of boho hair, there will be an extra fee added.
Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number to receive appointment confirmation details. A $35 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking to secure the appointment. This $35 deposit does go toward the balance due. Please be sure to include hair color in the description box.
REQUIREMENTS: Hair must be free of all oils, freshly washed, blow-dried, and straightened upon arrival.
LATE POLICY:
5 Minute Grace Period
After 6 Minutes $25 Late Fee
After 10 Minutes Cancellation
If your appointment is canceled due to tardiness, the deposit will be non-refundable. Rebooking after cancellations and tardiness will require a separate deposit.
